Would you comment on the progress and if there will be a presentation shortly now that it is past the primary elections. I'm curious -- perhaps it makes sense to share "back office" between the 2 towns -- but how about even more broadly? If this kind of shared service is more economical when split between 2 towns -- how about including other neighboring Essex County towns that are about our size, too? I think it would make more sense that we begin using the term "strategic plan" rather than "Master Plan" which has statutory definitions. Once we have a defined Strategic Plan/Vision (who we are and what we want to be) it can then be addressed in a Master Plan.
