Thank you for removing the offensively titled thread posted by
S.O.D.A. against an individual who is not deserving of it. I applaud
MOLs intervention and can only hope that S.O.D.A. has been given a few
days to cool his heels and try to overcome his addiction.
You and your brother provide such a valuable service to both towns,
and to think that one individual is so consistent in his negativity
and is allowed to continue that was troubling.
I am glad to see proactive moderation against such personal vendetta.

i think bets is right there was no reason for that thread nor the posts in honor of it... if pizzaz is being "commanded" to apologize what about librarylady...just b/c her and soda are on the same side makes it ok? |

Come on, bets! Show some candor. Tell your buddy Pizzaz that if he won't (or can't) post some proof that Librarylady is what he said she is, he should either offer her a public apology or volunteer to be suspended by D&J for unfounded, unwarranted personal attacks.

Actually, he exited that highway a couple of days ago when he lost his way and took a short-cut, ending up in MOL Pergatory. I do hope he finds his way back to Decency, though. It's not all that hard a climb...

for some people the heat and humidity are a reason for their poor behavior.
for others its simply another excuse.
Dave -- was there an "insane" period like this in previous sumnmers?
I recall some really "fun" threads in other years -- but that seems to have been replaced with a lot of anger.
BTW -- I am continually amazed at how MOL posters like to feed the trolls. If you don't respond to a thread -- it will, very quickly, fall to the bottom of the page, then off the page into the ether. Show some restraint people! |
