In my opinion, your online bashing of an 80+ year old village establishment is targeted and intentional. The thread about Voro and tipping is completely different. You've made accusations about the health and safety of Bunny's that are simply untrue and I, for one, ask that you pursue the thread's deletion immediately.
It's one thing to complain about a policy; it's quite another when you infer uncleanliness. I do not agree with your opinion. Please remember that they are inspected, believe me quite often, and they pass said inspections or they wouldn't be in business.
Maybe we should just call for more Soda, ay? |

(and if MOL can't do squat about who is elected in town, do you actually think it could possibly impact Bunny's, Voro, or what ever business is the next target?)

Sorry, Dave. There's a pattern of Bunny bashing in SOS lately. Not always apparent by title.
Pete, this kind of bash is just hateful, especially since Pizzaz offered to meet with her personally. I guess mary brenner has the entitlement bug and is unhappy everywhere. I haven't seen the Mary Brenner thread you refer to, what topic contains it?
Dave, the Soda reference is based purely on semantics, as in, this persona sounds exactly like him. I could be wrong: It could just be another bitter, hypercritical buffoon with nothing better to do then slam local small businesses.

Right on bets...something smells fishy with a few of these posts. But you don't have to calm down, because you're right!
Like Pete said, "its only the internet...", it is not serious enough to get a bunch of pseudonyms to pretend to have others who support your point. (But Pete, business owners need to listen to their conumers, and if they choose to listen to those on MOL, like Dave from Voro, then all the best to him for being a real owner who listens and doesn't just speak)
Let's keep it as real as possible here on MOL, of course we know how far off that is anyway! |

Thus far, all candidates discussed on MOL have won in both Maplewood and South Orange, so I don't get Peteglider's point at all. |

"Mary Brenner" is a troll -- there is no Mary Brenner to meet with Pizazz or his wife -- who did respond about as best as possible under the circumstances.
Its just someone playing "gotcha" with those of us who use MOL.

Well considering some of the posts trying to recast SO as a "restaurant town" -- perhaps there is at least a bit of passion about our eateries.
Top 3 most active threads for a while have been about restaurants.
Bets -- when this kind of stuff happens, give it a little time to play out. don't let the trolls think they've gotten the best of you. They'll only come back with even more hijinks.

I know you're probably right, but that fact should be emphasized and the legitimacy of the account should be confirmed. There is a libelous presence on this board, and mary brenner is a spouting member.
It's very distasteful yet representative of the political tone in this town: ambivalent alignment.
