What is the strangest item you have ever purchased at a garage/tag/flea market type sale?

I once bought a 1950's era "weight loss" machine. It looked like something out of a James Bond movie. It was encased in a spy-like silver attache. You where supposed to plug it in and hook these electrodes to your body. It had all it's instructions. It was marked $2.00. I did not need to use it, just bought it b/c of the cool looking case.
Long story short. I plugged it in and voila! I received one hell of an electric shock. I do aerobics now.

Mr. Seymour Buns. I think he's still in my parent's basement - anyone want to adopt him?
