Does anyone know what's happening with the site next to the Great Wall? The only progress over the last year has been the erection of the "great wall" fence which obscures the fact that nothing is happening behind it. Duh!

Does the town have any clout in moving things along? Maybe the new emminent domain powers should kick in or something. If the owner has financial problems (and I don't know if he has), should the town suffer because of them? I thought some project was approved many months ago. Wasn't this one of the achievements Calabrese noted the last time he ran for re-election?
