Is there a monthly fee, or part of the taxes? If monthly fee, can someone provide me with a name/# of the service provider? Thanks

It's not included in taxes. They bill about quarterly. In our part of town, it's East Orange Water Commission, but I don't have their #, and I think other parts of town have another provider. You could try calling town hall to ask.
