I'm a little frustrated with this and am hoping to find out if my gripes are valid or if I'm off base...

So if you are paying $85 every two weeks to get your house cleaned what should that 'include'?

In my opinion, I'm getting a surface clean. My hardwood floors are not truly mopped - just 'swiffered'. My shower curtain doesn't get sprayed with anything (would it be different if I had an actual door?). And my kitchen hood has NEVER been wiped at all.
And I thnk the the service only includes 'vacuuming of carpet edges' - was does that mean? The carpet doesn't actually get vacuumed?

I am willing to pay for this service, but would actually like water to hit my floors?

Am I crazy or just using the wrong service?

Wrong service...care to mention who it is?

I do think they all get lazy. I think swiffering is unacceptable. That's what I do, I expect more from a paid service.

First I'd mention it to the boss, and if nothing improves I'd stop using them.
