URGENT car service to Newark Airport??

On Tuesday the 24th I need to get an early AM car service to take me from Maplewood to EWR. Can anyone recommend a service or two (or three)? How far in advance should I make the reservation (I want to leave the house roughly 5AM)? Do they take credit cards? Also, upon my return (Sun AM) will there be cabs waiting to bring me back to Maplewood, or do I need to arrange for another car service? Also, if anyone has any experience in international travel (to UK), can you advise on how early I should get to the airport (how many hours before flight) for a weekday morning (flight at 8AM)? Thanks!
