Does anyone know of a pet sitting service that is qualified to tend a geriatric diabetic cat that requires two insulin shots a day? |

You might want to ask at your vet's office. Many vet techs will do this on the side. |

Cats has the right idea. One cat sitter we had who did it was a vet tech. She doesn't do pet sitting anymore though. Pretty much anyone can do it though as long as you have a nice cat. Our cat was really grouchy & would hiss at strangers so most people couldn't do the shots for her. |

Try Linda Sciavella of Pets Prefer. We have her care for our cats when we're away, and she used to be a Vet Technician so she is able to do this. I don't have that experience with her first hand, but when I called her references when we first hired her, several of them told me she does this kind of thing for them. 908-289-4470 |

THANKS for the name, I'll call her and my vet tomorrow to arrange it. I just think Ernie The Cat will eat better and do better if he can stay at home. Thanks again! |
