My husband and I have a house on the market that is listed with a realtor, a friend of ours may be interested in buying the house. My question is do they have to go thru the relator or can we sell it on our own? |

If you have a contract with the realtor for the listing, you can sell it directly...
but you'll still have to pay the commission!
Once the listing expires, you could sell it yourself.
