Somebody dumped 6 large Home Depot yard bags in front of my house today - filled with, what I HOPE are leaves... They aren't from my yard and I have no idea when leaf pick-up will happen (I think that it is over actually). So, what do I do? I don't have a truck to dispose of them and I hardly want them in front of my house for the entire winter - I don't want to look like the neighborhood delinquent. I'm pretty p@#%ed about it actually. I have no idea whose they are. Thanks. Handygirl

Handygirl - Call Public Works tomorrow and explain the situation. They'll probably pick them up. They're actually pretty good about things like that.

SIX! That's crazy. That sounds like a landscaping crew's work. Bizarre. I don't fill six a season. Also, check out my new icon! |

Thanks! I called public works and I will probably have to fill out a police report! They aren't picking up leaves until the spring, but, hopefully, they will be able to help me out. I wish that I knew who the jerk was who dumped them in front of my house. Handygirl

Our trash guy took ours last week. Maybe you'll be similarly lucky? |
