hi all:
i am looking to find a single-family house rental for april. unfortunately, all listings i come across are apartments. does anyone have any leads or suggestions?

we are looking for at least a year lease...perhaps we would even renew. is the place you have in mind available long-term? one caveat: we are a pet-friendly household, so we need a pet-friendly rental. please feel free to pl me with more information.

There's a house i always pass by on the Hilton jitney route that now has a for rent sign out front. It just sold within the last couple of years, so it's probably in pretty good shape. 106 Overlook Terrace. Or Overview Terrace. Or Oakland Terrace. Or Oakland Drive. It's one of those. Am I helping?? |

Check with Weichert realtors. There are several homes here in Maplewood and Milburn for rent that have Weichert signs on the lawn. |

Does it have to be Maplewood/SO? I believe I've seen a for rent sign on the lawn of a home on Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, on the right side, just north of the Atkins Medical building. |

There's a small house for rent in Millburn on Glen Avenue. It's across from the railroad tracks just before Wyoming avenue coming from Maplewood make a right from Ridgewood road to Glen before the train overpass. It's on the right. |

thanks to all. we will continue to look and check into some of these options. size and price is a factor. we don't really need a big place. but we do need a pet-friendly home!
