Should you have someone visit your house once in a while?

have a friend check out the house...

well I did this last year and found that my "friend" had drank all my wine, and left some dirty magazines under my bed. my wife thought they were mine. I don't want to drop any names, but I would not recommend having Dave-G watch your house.
