pretty sure it's april 15, 2006, which is 90 days after January 15, the day Gov Codey signed it into law. Anyone know if that's right?

I can't wait either. And I didn't know about London, that's great. What about the rest of GB? I know Ireland is now smoke free. Time to go!!

I love the NJ smoking ban for one simple reason and it is the fact that I have asthma.

i hear you andrea. i have allergies & am allergic to smoke as well. i think i'm most excited about it b/c it's just unhealthy for all those who breathe it in - that choose to not partake in it. i don't know, i just always viewed it as - not fair. - although, i don't blame those who do smoke (that is coming from a person who's family smokes.) i get it's an addiction that most people don't want to be involved in, but are "knee-deep."
