I need some after-care options for my 5 year old. He will finish school around 3:15 and I need after care for him from 3:30 to 6:00. Any recommendations? |

If he's in one of the public schoools there is aftercare at most sites until 6:00. It's run by the Rec Dept. You can call them to see if there is a waiting list at his school. It's very reasonable and offers snacks, recreation, crafts, games, homework help and "specials" in the form of a specialist who comes once a week for 6-8 weeks around a specific skill. In good weather they go outside. In bad weather there is always some gym time. There's also hang out and read space or just fantasy play with your friends time, too. |
