What is the going rate for a housesitter? What about housesitting that involved some dog walking as well? I'd appreciate any feedback. |

Amateur- How many times a day does the person go to your house? Or do you have the person stay at your house? When I've taken care of people's cat(s), took in the mail, watered the plants, they would pay me $15 each time I went over. If it's twice a day, they've given me $30 a day. I usually stay about an hour playing with the cat(s) each time I go over. |

JTA is right, I would also get paid $15 a visit. If I stayed at the house I would get $30 and it would include two walkings (morning and night). |
