I'm looking for some part -time help (2-3 days a week for an indefinite period of time) with my baby...I've posted an ad on MOL but also want to investigate going through an agency. Any recommendations for a reputable one? I don't know where(else)to start...

I have one that I would NOT recommend. A Choice Nanny in Florham Park. I can't speak to any other nanny agencies since I switched to finding help on my own either through News-Record ads or through MOL.

Just my 2 cents...I don't know agencies but I found a great part-time babysitter from posting an ad on MOL and had a lot of good candidates. You'd be surprised how many people read the ads on MOL - and make sure your ad is very thorough.
