she's still a puppy but I think she'll grow up tp 30 lbs. The crate I am considering at PetCo is for a 70 lb dog, it's 36 x 24" and I don't know how high.

Algebra2, Parker is 25 lbs. The adult crate should be more like 12 X 24 X 18. We have his Puppy crate 12 X 12 X 24 if you would like it.

We also have one for a 70 lb dog. I do not think we will be using it again...

THANKS EVERYONE!

Brett -- 12 x 12 x 24 seems small? I have her in a bigger borrowed one now.

Proud Daddy -- would you like to discuss a price?

I am trying to post a picture but it's too big ... I can never figure that out.

According to the experts dogs like the crates that made for their size (despite looking small to our human eyes). My (no longer crated) 105lb dog forces herself partially underneath our bed and literally has to drag herself out by her front paws - she likes the enclosure. Congrats on the puppy.

it helps with house training if the crate is small. otherwise they can go in one corner and avoid it.

My worry is that I have a water bowl in there. I come home about every 2.5 hours to visit her when she's crated. So far (KNOCK ON WOOD) no accidents in the crate, she's going outside except for twice she peed inside.

Algebra2, download irfanview from http://www.irfanview.com. (I assume you use Windows.) It's easy to resize a picture and save it again. That way, it won't be too big for MOL.
