Last night on Rt 22 I was behind a black car with curtains in the window. OK probably a limo company, but regular plates. On thr back of the trunk there was the logo. 2 m's , one larger than the other, superimposed on each other. Does any of the buffs out there know what it is?

Limo companies can't afford Maybachs---too expensive to buy, maintain, and most people still don't even know the name.

Isn't it amazing that there are cars that retail for this amount of money and even more amazing that there is a market for them? Is it any better driving a Maybach than a Benz or even a cheap Ford? It's a freekin' car for god sakes and this is New Jersey!!

The Maybach was on Route 22? Ewww....I wouldn't let my driver take that route.

(I am sure it was a limo only in the sense that the owner had his own driver.) The decision to remain anonymous behind the little curtains is too much like a hearse for my taste.

I just put curtains on my civic. My younger brother is driving me around, feels pretty good. Now I just have to find a small honda emblem to put over the one that's already there.

Switch a few letters on the product and it becomes a much more affordable German indulgence. Maibock, MMMMmmmm!

I once saw a Ford pickup truck whose owner had swapped the D and the F on the back.

There is some guy in Maplewood with an Izuzu Trooper that has been rebadged as a Jaguar. Saw it at the library :-)

All the Maybachs I've seen (woo hoo, a big 2) have the curtains, so don't take that to mean that it is a limo.
