Hello. Don't know the correct channels or procedures for this, but since I had luck with teh DPW, gonna try this method. Is there a way to change the access to Shrinking People Threads. I had to sign in about four times in order to access it. This is probably a seasonal situation. Given that the cold weather is breaking (WHOPPEEEE) and EVERYBODY is trying to get ready for Spring/Summer...BOXING/Running, etc can you guys make it simpler/easier to read/post comments in this/that particular thread? Thanks in advance, whatever your decision may be. |

I don't understand this myself. I just checked and it's gone again. I'm logged in. Does this mean I have to log all the way out and then in again? Have to admit I'm a lurker there since starting WW with my co-workers. Building up the courage to post. |

This is what I posted in another thread with the same question: "Until and unless you actually start a new thread, which requires a complete login, the way to view ISP and other threads in that category is to log out, located upper right, and then affirmatively log back in. Don't know why, but that's what you have to do. Probably some security device the brothers Ross have determined to do when they're not moving threads around." But I'm not a moderator; I only play one on the internet.

The Shrinking People Section has become our very own Flying Dutchman, sailing into view when one least expects it. This is just one of MOL's many quirks and becomes annoying mainly when you have a very limited time in which to check one particular thread in that section and don't want to take the time to cruise the rest of the message board first. Perhaps Dave or Jamie could tell us why this section of the message board remains different from all other sections. |
