Starting buying brown organic eggs and not sure if brown eggs make a difference. I know this may be a stupid question so thanks for your help!

Shouldn't make a difference - the brown ones were just layed by a different kind of hen than white ones.

And organic makes a big difference -- not necessarily in your baking, but in your health (I believe!!). Or at least mental health.
