Hi. I know that they will take refrigerators during bulk pickup, and assume the doors will need to be removed, but does anyone know whether I need to do anything else? For example, does anything need to be done with the freon or whatever chemical cools the thing? Thanks! |

No special preparation is needed other than to remove the door. While the newer refrigerators have a magnetic seal, not a latch, it is still a good idea to take off the door. |

I thought that you had to have the freon safely removed and had to have the proper sticker on the fridge showing it was removed, or had already leaked out. |
