Hi. I know that they will take refrigerators during bulk pickup, and assume the doors will need to be removed, but does anyone know whether I need to do anything else? For example, does anything need to be done with the freon or whatever chemical cools the thing? Thanks!

No special preparation is needed other than to remove the door. While the newer refrigerators have a magnetic seal, not a latch, it is still a good idea to take off the door.

I thought that you had to have the freon safely removed and had to have the proper sticker on the fridge showing it was removed, or had already leaked out.
