Birthday Party Entertainment Needed

So since I'm looking for "help", here goes: It's Helen - from Freeman's Fish Market. We're going to be running the concession stands at the Maplewood Pool, SO Pool and the Orange Lawn Tennis Club this summer. We've already been contacted by several members concerning catering childrens' birthday parties (!) We're tossing around some ideas and "entertainment" came up. Is there anyone out there would who like to come on board to provide entertainment at birthday parties? We're looking for baloon art, magic, water-proof tatoos or face paining, simple crafts, line dancing... Ideas are welcome!
