Help! I put in a load of laundry this morning and started the washer. The water runs but the machine is not holding it. Instead it goes down the drain.
What can I do? Any suggestions before calling for repair?

Online at the manufacturer's website?
Otherwise, I would call Norman (his phone number is on MOL somewhere). He fixed our elderly dishwasher and was prompt, pleasant, and not wildly expensive. I would not recommend PSE&G for this unless you have a maintenance contract. Slow and expensive.
