I am sure this has been discussed before but I have done a search and can't seem to find any recent ones. Can anyone recommend a great listing agent that works in Maplewood?

Nancy Gould @ Burgdorff. Right in Maplewood on Maplewood Avenue. She even has a ad running on Maplewoodonline. We've used her and she's become a wonderful pal! |

I should just post my reco. here instead of the pl, so others may benefit too...Beth Pine out of Millburn-Prudential is wonderful. She grew up in either Maplewood or S.Orange (I can't remember which), so she knows the area better than you can possibly hope. She is very attentive & very reachable. She gets back to you asap if you leave her a message or email. While I'm sure there are so many great realtors out there, I don't think you could ask for anyone better than Beth. |

Susan Blodgett from Burgdorff Maplewood. She is the only one I will ever recommend. She is professional, responsive, hard working, ethical, and most importantly, she LISTENED to everything we wanted. I was sick and tired of being shown things things that clearly were nothing like the wants/needs on our list. We hooked up with Susan and the process totally turned around.
