We are considering adopting a child from Guatemala. We have information from two different agencies. Has anyone had any experience with either "Homestudies and Adoption Placement Services(HAPS)" based in Teaneck or "European Adoption Consultants, Inc" based in Ohio? Both come recommended by people that have adopted internationally in the past year. Any information would be helpful!
