I emailed them this past Sunday, because the hours were not posted on the website -- here is a slightly condensed version of the response: So basically, they open at 10 during the week, and 11 am on Sundays.

Thank you for the email. Sorry about the lack of hours on the site. Good point! I'll have Matthew update our website first thing tomorrow morning! It's on our answering machine, but how silly we never put on the site.....
We are open 7 days a week - Monday -Thursday 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday and Saturday until 6 PM and Sundays 11 AM to 3 PM.
