I am in the process of investigating child care options for November of this year and was wondering how most people go about finding a good nanny. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Through other nannies. I found mine through my neighbor's nanny. She is wonderful. She may have friends looking for work. PL me if you are interested.

We had great success receiving candidates from MOL candidates and Craig's List (NJ).
