I'm trying to figure out if I have a cold or if my spring allergies finally hit me.

I've been really lucky...nothing bad til today. But today been sneezing lots and have runny nose and eyes. Also have a slight fever so can't figure out if it's a cold or allergies.

Anyone hit by bad spring allergies this weekend?

Yes, its that time.

General information: for over 40 years, I suffered from sinus alergies. This included pain, conjustion and infections. About two years ago, I got a nitti jar, approx. $14. from Walgreens and the change was significatly positive.

Last year, since the results of the nitti jar were good, I puchased an $85 pump designed to rinse sinus cavities and the results are even better. For information, look up sinus in google.

I understand that Water Pic also has a product to rinse sinus cavs. I haven't found information on that product yet.

I hope this helps someone get off the o.t.c. psudaphed. stuff.

I have been doing great for the last few months. Today I can't stop sneezing!
