The attic isn't cooperating at the moment, and I need to find somebody, anybody to cover a 1908 tudor with the usual SO/MWood issues. I know there was a lengthy thread on this within the last 6 months or so, but I can't get at it. All suggestions appreciated.

Chubb. Expensive, but if you ever have a big claim, worth it.

USAA - if you qualify - military officer or former dependent of one.

Yup. Chubb. I looked into switching from Chubb to Geico, but Geico would not insure a house in NJ that had any galvanized steel pipes.

USAA wont cover my house because of knob and tube wiring. I love them except for this issue.

Harleysville--outstanding NJ coverage and VERY competitive prices. PM me if you want further info.
