Stories in Motion on Springfield Ave has an adult gentle yoga class 7:00 PM on Wednesday. It's awesome if you're just starting out or just want a really good gentle stretching yoga.

Stories in Motion also has an 8:15 AM class on Saturdays which is fantastic. Gets your weekend off on the right foot.

Also, Debbie runs great classes at Body of Light at the corner of Millburn Avenue and Ridgewood Road (downstairs at the Sharma Holistic Center; enter parking lot from Ridgewood Road.)

Saturday classes are at 9am, except for April 29, when they are at 8:30am

website is bodyoflight.com; 973-727-6579

I've never been to Stories in Motion- thought it was just kid-centric.
The yoga classes named above are for adults?

Seagull - the Wednesday and Saturday yoga classes are for adults. I think the Wednesday class is "officially" marketed to teens, but Sarah is really good at modifying for advanced or beginners.

Here is the like for the Shakti schedule:

I've taken a couple of classes there and can't say how nice it is. All levels and a good amount of class times available to fit into my schedule. Gayle and Anna are wonderful people and their good vibe resonates throughout their studio.
