sorry for the all caps. Just got home and the landscape guy pesticided my lawn, how long until we (2 adults, puppy and 6 year old) can play outside? |

my landscaper told me to put the sprinkler system on for a couple days before i let the dogs on the grass. turns out the weekend's rain did the job for me. water your lawns so the chemicals melt down into the soil and aren't easily digested, etc. i don't think there is any danger to humans. |

The landscaper should have provided a data sheet from the manufacturer of the pesticide/insecticide that was applied to the lawn. The data sheet contains information such as re-entry time and other pertinent warnings and possible adverse effects of the product. The landscaper should know this if he/she has a NJ Pesticide Applicator's License. |
