They've always been a pleasure to deal with on the phone, they show up when they say they will, and have done a great, thorough, cleaning on some really messed up furniture (thanks to the kiddies)! Undoubtedly, I'll be having them back again and again! The guy who came to my house was the same guy both times. Last time I asked him about area rugs and he said they take them away to be cleaned and then bring them back. There's some standard base charge, I seem to think I remember $75, to come take the rugs, whether it be one rug or seven. Then I guess there's a charge for the cleaning.
