Hi all- I am posting this for someone at my office:
"Due to our daughter's swim team commitment we can not use our beautiful timeshare this year so we are offering it for rent to another nice family.
It is a Townhome, West Yarmouth, Off main highway (Rte 28).
Indoor/Outdoor Olympic size pools, Tennis Courts, Shuffle Board
Sleeps 6 comfortably- ful kitchem, A/C, 3 decks- Washer/Dryer- Living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, own parking- Quaint surroundings.
Walk to private beach on Lewis Bay or short bike of car drive to Seagull Beach on Nantucket Sound.
Close to Hyannis-lots of family activities
$2,500 for week"

Holy .. we went there when I was a kid - nowhere near $2,500.

Well flugermongers...for prime summer season and that much stuff, that is not a bad price. My mother in law does really REALLY well with her little cottage in Eastham when she rents it out.

West Yarmouth is nice. You can get to most of the cape from there fairly easily. Provincetown would be a full day trip, but the dining out in P'town and Wellfleet would make the trip worth it.
