I have used them twice in the past 4 to 6 months and have been very happy each time. The first time, I made the appointment and then promptly forgot about it and went out for my walk at the time they were supposed to come. They called me to find out where I was, they were very, very nice (and I felt very, very stupid) and the guy came back later that same day.
