I'm inquiring about the 50+ year old Transcendental Meditation technique; it's been taught to more than 6 million people. I am asking here specifically about the Transcendental Meditation program; if you have experience with TM and other kinds of meditation I'd be happy to hear about similarities/differences. Many thanks. Meditate well, all. David |

What do you wish to know? I was trained in TM and have been practicing it for 25 years. |

Thanks, STRAWling. Because the training is a significant investment I am exploring. Have you used any other forms of meditation? If so, did you note any difference in utility, benefits, includability in daily life, etc..? How long do you do each session? am, pm, home, office, in public, all of the above? Just your having done it for so long seems a ringing endorsement... Be well, all. David |

davidb, why not PM me so that I can give you additional information, rather than discussing here in open forum. |
