Have been thinking about trying hypnosis to lose some weight. Anyone every try it or known anyone to try it. It sounds so far out there but I just can't seem to stop the sweets!

I have a business colleague in NYC who tried it and swears by it. She saw Jeffrey Rosen. So far she has dropped 60 lbs -- she WAS a large woman. |

I'll try it, but do they serve diner at the seminars?
A friend of mine did it for smoking, he stopped cig's but took up cigars
If it really does work I'll do it, hell I'd go to one every year just to stay in shape |

what about acupuncture? I've heard that can be effective... I'd like to look into that myself... is there contact info for Rosen? |
