They are called Dorson Baby Care and have had some South Orange and Maplewood clients who can give them referrals. I have NOT used them myself yet, so I'm not referring them, but wanted to give you at least a contact. I asked this same question on the board a few weeks ago and didn't get any responses. I saw Dorson advertised in a local parenting magazine. http://www.dorsonhomecare.com/babycare.htm If you need help just during the day and not over night, you might consider looking through the MOL ads for nannies looking for part-time work. They might be qualified and interested in your gig.
