That's the one I want. My screen still shows the Leonardo lady that I used to have. I'm confused- why don't I see what you see?

First, try using the "Refresh" button, at the top of your browser window. It should change what you see on the screen, to your new picture.
Also, make sure you saved your changes, in your profile. |

The usual route (with internet explorer) is to click "tools", then "internet options". In the middle of that menu, you should see an option to "delete files" - go ahead and delete ALL files. You can clear cookies if you want (but this will cause you to have to re-enter your passwords for sites that 'remember' you).
Additionally, if you want to get rid of the 'automatic fill in' sections (like when you get on Google and see all the previous things you've searched for), from 'tools/internet options' click on "content" then "auto complete" and select "clear forms". This won't help your picture problem - it's just something interesting to know. |

right click on your current profile image and choose "view image" . Then hit refresh. |

This is very frustrating. The common Microsoft answer would be to re-format your hard drive and start over (after buying another copy of XP, just in case).
Seriously though, PL me if you want and we can walk through this on the phone. This shouldn't be so annoying, I bet we can fix it pretty quickly. |

This is a very confusing thread because I read it yesterday and the pictures matched the posts. Now, there is a kid with a red nose and he's cute, but I don't know it you've gotten what you wanted.
He looks like the avetar for Phil, any relation?
