I haven't bought coupons but I bought a gift card. What kind of feedback are you looking for exactly? |

I don't buy coupons per se... since you cannot sell coupons. But I do pay for the person's time, etc, in cutting them out, assembling the pack, etc. I tend to browse the online grocery ads on Thurs/Fri, and then hit ebay on Fri/Sat. I buy from relatively local sellers so I can receive the coupons mid-week, with still enough time to take advantage of the week's sale prices. What would you like to know? I can give you the names of some of the sellers I deal with, if you'd like. PL me with your questions, or post them here.

Well, I guess I was first wondering if it's legal...but I see what you mean about paying for the time, etc. some of the sellers say that, but I didn't understand why they were making that point. Then I was wondering if the coupons are for brands we find around here, if you generally get what you pay for, and if you consider it a good deal. I am thinking of grocery store coupons, I should probably add. and I'd love to know local sellers who might get coupons to me quickly. Thanks! |

I "buy" grocery coupons often on ebay. Yes, they are the ones people cut out of the Sunday coupon supplements. eBay has apparently recently changed the rules as to how many like coupons can be sold in one auction. I Will PL you the seller nams that I use. (You can tell them I referred you!). I end to purchasec coupons for items that are on sale -- and that I can therefore get the item for free or close to free... I try to not "pay" more than 10 cents per coupon (just a personal choice), but if it s a potentially valuable coupon, I may pay more. I also try to use local sellers whose auctions are ending Sunday night, or use the Buy It Now feature, so I will get the coupons in time for that week's sales. Of course, if you are not pairing the coupons with the sales, the timing doesn't matter.
