Anyone know what's going on with real estate prices out west? They seem to have gone down by 15-20% in the past year. We were looking for more space last year but couldn't find the right thing; I was just on gsmls.com and was shocked at how drastically prices have dropped. Makes me nervous... anyone know if there's an upcoming tax reassessment or something that would cause this? |

Don't know if 15-20% is accurate. Comparing sale prices year over year might yield better results. Are you working with an agent out there? What towns are you looking in? I would think that the further you get from NYC, the softer the market will be. Especially with mas expensivo gasoline. |

Delin: Can you give us some examples of houses that appear to have fallen 20% in price? |
