A few months ago our desktop got a virus and our email was hijacked, comcast blocked the use of our email. We reloaded windows and updated all of our firewalls etc and they restored access, all is working fine. My laptop that works off of a router at home, however is not working. I can surf the net but can't enter any email sites...any site having to do with email, gmail, comcast, etc...I believe there is still a block somehow on this laptop but when I call they say it must be some setting in my computer..... I've tried playing with my internet options but don't see anything restricting that, it's preventing me from doing work at home and emailing it to work....HELP! and sorry, I meant to say POP 25 in my title |
