Let's say that I start a blog. In that blog, I want to include photos that I take myself. If I photograph someone in a public place,as I stroll down Maplewood Ave. for instance, would I have to optain the consent of the person(s) in my photo to use my photo in my blog? Also, does anyone know an attorney who specializes in internet law? Thanks. |
