I'm really in the mood to hit a ball into a little windmill.

Anyone know of a close course that's good?

Thanks.

The only course I know of is the driving range on Springfield ave, near the home depot. I have seen people play mini golf there, but I can't vouch for the place. I'm sure there's a windmill of some kind, though.

The course doesn't have a lot of "kitchy" little things. It is great for little kids just like to put around. The only other place I know of somewhat close is Bowcraft on 22

Do you want close or good? The one on Eagle Rock a little West of Eisenhower Parkway. The have a lot of water traps. There's a new on in Fairfield, and a great one -Golden Bear in Wayne.

Here are some nj.com lists on their website:

There's a big one on Stelton Road in Piscataway, about 20 minutes from here. I haven't been in years though, so i can't speak for the windmills.

I think you'd have to have a helicopter to get to Stelton Road in 20 minutes.

There's a mini golf course on Rt. 10 in East Hanover, just past the Target, on the east bound side. Never played there though, so can't give a review.

Thanks

I seem to recall that the one on Route 10 is an outdoor course. I haven't been there in many years, though, so it's possible that it's changes. But I do remember that it was a lot of fun.

There is an indoor on in Wayne. The Route 10 one is so-so.

Hey Squarehead, with 22 posts under your belt since last month, perhaps you don't quite understand the point of the Please Help section. Do you really think that:

1) all miniature golf courses are listed in either hard copy or online yellow pages;
2) the ones that are listed describe how "good" they are; or
3) God or the rest of us really care what you think about the question posed?

I have a great idea, give a suggestion or pick another thread in which to post. Sheesh.

Thanks Wendy. I appreciate the support. Perhaps squarehead should consider changing his name to blockhead.
