The county offers transportation for senior citizens for medical appointments, etc. Has anyone used this service? Is it reliable/generally okay? My mom is considering a move to the area, and this is a consideration. |

If you are in Millburn then the Red Cross makes themselves available for this service. I have been a volunteer driver for 11 years.
There is also a service provided by another organization. I don't know the name but you could call the Red Cross at 973.379.4198 and ask. |

Yes, my husband has used it often. He finds it reliable. The appointment needs to be scheduled about a week in advance. They pick you up at your door and take you to your appointment. They come back to get you and take you home. |
