Bob Dowling 973 - 586 - 3090 has a great reputation
I've used Richard Ziss 973-325-5052 for tuning and repair, and he's been solid

We used Adam Brenner (973) 523-9488

(He plays a little jazz while checking the tuning, which was a nice perk.)
