I need to get on route 18 today via 287. I was told to take the Easton Ave exit but from there I am not sure. Thanks Millie |

Oh god, I went to school there (in '92) and I used to live on Easton Ave. Hopefully I won't steer you wrong here. Take Easton Ave toward Rutgers (if there isn't a sign your going to have to ask since I don't know if that's east, west, south or north or what the sign might say there -- but chances are there will be signs pointing toward Rutgers (probably say something like Rutgers Football/Basketball Busch Campus or Main Campus). Take Easton Ave all the way to the end (5 miles???). Take a left onto Jersey Ave, and that will hit Rt. 18 in about 4 blocks. If you are heading South, you will need to take a right (just before the highway behind the big hotel and ride along side the highway for about 6 blocks until it feeds onto 18). If you are going North, go under the highway, and take a right exit which spirals you up to the highway heading North. I'm sure there are signs for both there. |

Take 287 to exit 10, Turnpike. Take turnpike one exit south to exit 9. Exit 9 takes you to rt. 18. |

287 South to River Road exit (just after Easton Ave. exit). Take that for a while and then turn right onto Rte. 18 (fairly big intersection). |
