Why did the construction on Parker (closing it between Maplewood Av & Valley) have to start at 5:30 this morning with lots of loud equipment? I thought there were "quality of life ordinances" here in Maplewood. The one day both my kids decide to sleep until 8, I'm up at an unreasonable hour for a Saturday.
