Any guesses as to how much time I need to allot to get from South ORange to the PNC in Holmdel by 5PM on a Sunday for a concert? I've never been there. And any suggestions on a route would be much appreciated.

At the most I would imagine it would be about an hour straight down the parkway. If it's a nice day, you can always get there earlier and find a nice spot on the lawn, unless you've got assigned seating inside the amphitheater. |

Ink, you can take the Parkway to exit 116. That is the exit for the Garden State Arts Center (rather, the PNC Bank Arts Center).
That is the easiest way.
If the concert starts at 5:00, I would leave South Orange by 3:30 at the latest, to allow for parking and setting up. There shouldn't be too much traffic southbound at that time on a Sunday. |
