can anyone recommend an optician who stocks a good selection of stylish frames? I've always gone to a place in the city, but am hoping to go local this time. My prescription is a bit complicated (bifocals, etc.) Also need an eye exam--any suggestions for that, too? thanks, all.

They don't do eye exams, but Pildes in Short Hills Mall has lots of unusual frames. They are no more/less expensive than high end stuff at Lenscrafters. There is an optician in the village, but TS and I did not have the greatest experiences with her. |

Try Dr. Sally Bregman on Millburn Avenue in Maplewood. We have used her for years and have been very happy. Her Number is (973) 763-5525 |

I second Sally Bregman. She is a wonderful person as well. They have a really nice selection of frames in a fairly reasonable price point. She in the phone book. |

I like Sally Bregman as well. She's a good optician if you need one. |
